1. How long will it take to get my order?

We take pride in our SUPER-FAST processing time.  We usually have your order shipped the very NEXT DAY! We do ask for you to allow up to 2 business days to process  your order!

We remain standard business hours M-F 9-5 PST, and observe government mail holidays.  If an order is place week of a holiday, please allow one extra day for processing/shipping.

When an order is placed and payment has been received, you will receive an email.  Tracking is currently available with these USPS services. But we cannot give you an expected delivery date other than the time range provided above by USPS. 

2. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit card payment through Paypal. Paypal is worldwide and accounts are free to use at  www.Paypal.com

All payment types are processed through secure servers with paypal, so you can pay online without exposing your financial information. Please note, your order is not processed until payment is complete. Orders paid with electronic check typically take a few days longer, as the order is not submitted until the check clears.

3. Do you take custom orders?

Yes, please email us your order/product details.  We do charge a premium for this service as it tends to be extremely time consuming.  We would appreciate it if you would email us before placing special order. Thank you!
